Since the site is STILL down *eyes it*, I've uploaded the chapter to my own webspace for those of you who can't use bittorrent or IRC.

I WILL be taking this link down before I leave for Virginia (Jan 20 - one week) to save on my own bandwidth. Although with any luck the site will be back up before then.

If before that time it tells you that the file does not exist, it means the bandwidth cap I have on that domain has been exceeded (15 gb I believe) and the site is down.
